2.Register LINE with your local number
3.Get an EasyCard at the airport or any 7-Eleven
4.Apply for your ARC (can now be done without leaving Taiwan)
5.Open a bank account once ARC is in hand (name must match ARC exactly)
6.Enrol in NHI if employed locally or Gold Card holder
